Biography

Wang Wenbo, Attending Physician, Ph.D., Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

Clinical expertise: Comprehensive treatment of various scars using surgery, laser, injection, radiotherapy, etc., including hypertrophic scars and keloids, bilateral mandibular keloids, post-acne scars, early scar intervention (early intervention for post-traumatic scars), striae gravidarum and striae distensae, and excision and plastic reconstruction of superficial body masses (lipomas, sebaceous nevi, and sebaceous cysts).

Principal investigator of one provincial/ministerial-level research project and one National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Science Fund project. Has published more than 10 SCI-indexed papers and multiple papers in domestic core journals, participated in multiple international conferences related to scars, and was awarded Third Prize at the 8th Song Ruyao Plastic Surgery Young Physicians Forum in 2016.
